Spend the day One-on-One with our Founder plus a CFO to tackle the big issues facing your firm. These are customized to your needs but previous clients have used them to:

Jump Start Days work for big projects that have the potential of big profits and big costs. Investing in a day to test viability is a good expenditure. Jump Start Days are a flat fee and payment plans are available.
Who do you work with from my firm?
We work with whomever has vital information that can help us move forward. It is common to see full charge Firm Administrators and Spouses in the room, but has included all types of people including key staff, other consultants, tax professionals, and even Corporate Attorneys.
How much access do I have to my CFO?
Our founder, Brooke Lively, and your personal CFO spend the day devoting their attention to you and your project. Using prep calls before the Jump Start Day, we are ready with an agenda to find the solutions that move your Firm forward. By having two CFOs in the room, we are able to build models on the fly or do research while the other CFO continues to work with you. This eliminates downtime and makes the most of the hours we have together.
Do I come to you?
Jump Start Days can happen in our offices in Fort Worth Texas or in your city. Most attorneys find value in getting out of their everyday environment to facilitate creative thought, so even in your city we like to use a hotel or corporate boardroom for meetings. If many members of your staff are needed for the Jump Start Day, coming to you may make more sense.
